Service Agreement

By requesting our restoration services, you agree to these terms. We provide estimates based on visible damage; additional work may be necessary if hidden damage is discovered. Any changes in scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

We bill insurance companies directly when applicable. The property owner is responsible for any deductible and non-covered portions. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one year from completion. This warranty covers defects in restoration work performed by our team. It does not cover pre-existing conditions or new damage events.
